Let the captives know Satan's goal and purpose in their lives is to gain control and dominate the vessel you inhabit in this life, your body. John 10:10 Jesus said(a) The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy. 1st Peter 5:8 Be self controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. We will teach the converts to put on the full armor of God as our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. Ephesians 6:14-17 stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. We will teach the converts to trust in the Lord.
